Fecal Incontinence," which focuses on patient management with an emphasis on diagnosis and newer treatment options, will take place at 7:00 pm CST on Thursday, December 8 and is eligible for 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.

Fecal incontinence affects a large number of people and is often undiagnosed by physicians. The impact on quality of life can be devastating and traditional treatments often leave many patients still experiencing significant problems. Drs. Dana Sands and Tracy Hull will discuss how to properly diagnose this condition and newer treatment options available for colon and rectal surgeons.

"Surgery for Crohn's Disease" will take place at 7:00 pm CST on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 and is eligible for 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.

Drs. David Dietz and Alessandro Fichera will discuss the different surgical approaches for treating Crohn's disease throughout the gastrointestinal tract. They will also focus on the indication for surgery, as well as the medical management before and after surgery in regards to long-term outcomes.
