Dr. Guy Orangio named Director, American Cardiovascular Research Institute

Dr. Guy Orangio

Dr. Guy R. Orangio, Atlanta, GA, has been named a Director of the American Cardiovascular Research Institute.

Dr. Robert W. Beart, Jr., Glendale, CA, has been appointed an independent member of the Board of Directors of Radient Pharmaceuticals, Tustin,CA. He is currently medical director of the Glendale Hospital CRC Institute.

Dr. Michael J. Stamos, Orange, CA, recently served as Guest Editor of Clinics in Colon and Rectal Surgery. ASCRS President Dr. David E. Beck serves as the publication’s Editor in Chief.

Dr. James P. Lynch, Rochester Hills, MI, has been appointed senior vice president and physician-in-chief at Beaumont Hospital, Troy. He will oversee more than 1,100 physicians who represent 58 medical and surgical specialties. Dr. Lynch remains chief of colon and rectal surgery and chief of endoscopy at Beaumont.
